Special Planning Areas

1. Interstate 84 Interchange
Includes properties at and around Route 89 and Exit 72 on Interstate 84.

2. Lake Neighborhoods
Lake Chaffee and Ashford Lake are  man-made lakes hosting the most densely populated areas in town.

3. Warrenville-West Ashford
The public face of Ashford where three state highways intersect (Routes 44, 72 and 89).

4. Wagon Shed Properties
This area includes 284 acres of undeveloped land on the Western border of Ashford along Route 44.
